Turning Winds offers a year round open enrollment, co-ed program dedicated to assisting families in crisis. They accept adolescents between the ages of 12-17. They specialize in assisting adolescents who exhibit problems associated with: anger, depression, defiance, lack of control, failure in school, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, manipulation and poor relationships.
